Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. -
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it will take between 7 to 14 working days for delivery, depending on your location. Working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. -
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size/weight of your order. -
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. -
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, high demand, or courier delays may cause slight delays in delivery. -
